I am hired when an organization has outgrown the experience it produces. Not for decoration. For decisions — made visible, operable, and durable across brand, product, space, and interface. I founded and ran Majorminor across San Francisco and Los Angeles for fourteen years. Client relationships routinely lasted six to ten years. The proof was not the launch. It was what still worked after we left.
